Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Remote Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to management and internal teams. This role is essential in ensuring smooth workflows, clear communication, and efficient coordination in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments

Handle email correspondence, document preparation, and data entry tasks

Maintain accurate records, reports, and digital filing systems

Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners

Assist with onboarding coordination, travel arrangements, and expense tracking

Support general administrative tasks to ensure timely and efficient operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Eligibility Requirement:

Must reside in the United States
