Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!

Are you an incredibly organized person with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a dynamic and creative environment?

We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our home staging team as an Administrative Assistant with the potential to move to Assistant Manager. All of these duties can be accomplished from the comfort of your own home, but we do want to hire someone that lives within a 20 mile radius of Fort Collins as there will be occasions when we all need to work together at our office, so if you don’t live nearby, please don’t apply. All of what you will be doing will be online with no real paper being saved or used.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Efficient organization of our files on Google Drive to ensure seamless workflow.
• Skillful and mature communication with our clients to keep our projects running like clockwork .
• Meticulous data tracking to ensure our informed decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets & Google Drive to create reports & spreadsheets.
• Work in Asana to help create and update task lists and in Slack for company communications.
• Daily report creation and data input.
• Be able to troubleshoot as necessary and ask for help when needed.
• A calm demeanor and accommodating attitude is essential.
