About the Role

Tabs is seeking an AI Engineer who will play a key role in building the core systems that enable intelligent agents and AI-driven workflows, revolutionizing how finance teams operate. This position offers the chance to work on production AI systems and shape the future of automation in B2B finance.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build tools that enable users to create and manage AI pipelines and agents.

• Integrate frameworks like LangChain or similar to make LLMs and retrieval systems easy to use and deploy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver AI-powered solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

• Deploy AI-driven features into production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and user impact.

• Stay curious and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the AI capabilities of the Tabs platform.

About You

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience 

• ML/AI engineering experience, including exposure to production systems.

• Hands-on experience with open-source AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar, and working with APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic.

• Strong programming skills in Python, with an understanding of backend development.

• An understanding of how to maintain open-source frameworks in a production environment

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, with a passion for solving real-world problems through AI.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-oriented approach.

• An entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to explore and experiment with new tools and approaches in applied AI

$140K – $200K • Offers Equity
