Job Description
**Aircraft Mechanics Needed - Smyrna, TN**
Perform heavy maintenance on corporate and regional aircraft. Maintain and repair a fleet of aircraft, engines, and components in accordance with all specifications and regulatory requirements. Document maintenance procedures, including details on component damage, origin, and condition. Practice safety-conscious behaviors throughout all operational processes and procedures. Conduct daily scheduled and unscheduled inspections, maintenance, repairs, and alterations. Troubleshoot defective aircraft systems and components effectively.
**What You'll Do**
+ Perform heavy maintenance on corporate and regional aircraft.
+ Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft systems, engines, and components.
+ Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and alterations.
+ Document all maintenance procedures, including component condition and origin.
+ Ensure compliance with all specifications and regulatory requirements.
+ Maintain a strong focus on safety in every process.
**Shift Options**
+ Must be open to 1st Shift (5:30 AM - 4:00 PM) or 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 12:30 AM)
+ Work schedule: Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday
**What We're Looking For**
+ A&P License - REQUIRED
+ Minimum 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
+ Corporate aircraft experience preferred
+ Heavy maintenance experience (C & D checks) and jet engine knowledge preferred

**Work Environment**
+ Non-climate-controlled aircraft hangar in Smyrna, TN (just 20 miles from Nashville).
+ Pay range: $32-$38 per hour.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
