Position Details:
Role: Bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Schedule: Flexible full-time and part-time options (3, 4, or 5-day work week)
Location: In-person in West Houston
Population: Primarily pediatric clients with a variety of speech and language needs
Pay: $60–$72/hour, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver engaging, individualized speech therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Support children in reaching their communication goals through fun, evidence-based strategies
Track progress and communicate results effectively with caregivers and the supervising SLP
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each child

What We're Looking For:
Active Texas SLPA license
Passion for working with children and a creative, engaging therapy approach
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Availability for in-person sessions in West Houston
