Job Description

Chef John Fraser is seeking experienced and passionate AM Breakfast Cooks  to join our esteemed culinary team at   The Wall Street Hotel . This is a unique opportunity to grow within an award-winning restaurant group, working alongside industry-leading professionals in a high-volume, fine dining setting. Key Responsibilities : Execute all food items and mise-en-place with precision and consistency. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Communicate effectively with management regarding product quality and inventory levels. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and purpose in all tasks. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and restaurant standards. Ensure all the products and prepared items are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated following FIFO (first in, first out) Perform station break-downs and deep cleaning duties with pride and professionalism. Qualifications : ~1+ years of kitchen experience in a culinary driven or fine dining restaurant ~ Must have AM and Weekend availability ~ Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary skills and cooking techniques. ~ Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence. ~ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Why Join Us?
