What You’ll Do * Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility). * Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support. * Offer medication reminders. * Help with light housekeeping, errands, and meal preparation. * Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately. * Maintain open communication with clients, families, and the office. What We’re Looking For * A caring and compassionate attitude. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. * Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. * TB test (support provided). * Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is valued, but not required — we provide training. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
