RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Own and use the Stuart Weitzman's gorgeous shoes
- Provide real-time responses to customers to create a unique shopping experience in a chat setting
- Passionate about assisting customers to find the right products to match their needs
- Familiarity with the Stuart Weitzman site, high-fashion and social sites related to it
- Exhibit an authentic desire to exceed the customer's expectations
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must LOVE the brand, be willing to share your passion - it's contagious
- Demonstrate expert-level product and shoe-fit knowledge
- Knowledge of Stuart Weitzman's iconic shoes
- Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially web search and navigation.
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form
- Must have availability during weekends, average of 15-20 hours per week
- Seasonal Chatting through January 10th 2026
COMPENSATION AND PERKS
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Weekly Pay Frequency (approximately $15-18 per hour)
- Seasonal Remote position
TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS
- A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser
- Stable internet connection with a minimum of 10 mbps
- Reliable sound output
