This part-time, remote CRM Developer position is a 12-month contract (with the possibility of extension) requiring 20 hours per week. The role focuses on developing, troubleshooting, and enhancing customizations, permissions, reporting, web services, and integrations within a Microsoft CRM and Power Platform environment. The developer will work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Creating, troubleshooting, and enhancing new/existing customizations (forms, views, form JavaScript, plugins, flows).
- Adjusting entity and field-level permissions to support business rules and requirements.
- Creating, troubleshooting, and enhancing SSRS reports, system views, dashboards, and Power BI reports.
- Generating high-level system documentation.
- Creating, troubleshooting, and enhancing new/existing web services to integrate with the CRM system.
- Creating, troubleshooting, and updating integrations with external services (APIs) such as MailChimp, PayPal, SMTP2Go, Google GeoLocation/Address validation, and Purolator.

- Reporting (Power BI, SSRS, fetchXML, SQL, Excel)
- Microsoft IIS, web service development/testing (C#)

- Azure DevOps
