About the Role:
Robert Half is partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in search of a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is energized by human connection, and values meaningful work that impacts the community.
This position will begin onsite and transition to a hybrid schedule after six months, offering both structure and flexibility for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide compassionate and knowledgeable support to individuals seeking services or information
+ Answer a high volume of inbound calls and assist with inquiries, resource navigation, and follow-ups
+ Accurately document call notes and track client needs using internal CRM systems
+ Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
+ Advocate for callers by identifying appropriate programs, services, or solutions
+ Maintain professionalism and empathy across all communications
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment
+ Prior experience working or volunteering in a nonprofit or human services organization is highly preferred
+ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to remain calm, solution-focused, and empathetic under pressure
+ Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog, etc.)
