A confidential organization within the broader beverage and consumer goods sector is seeking a seasoned Finance Director to oversee financial management, controlling, and strategic planning. This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is ready to elevate financial performance, strengthen controls, and partner closely with senior leadership to drive long-term business success.

•  Ensure accurate and compliant reporting in line with U.S. GAAP and regulatory standards.
•  Support long-term strategic planning and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
•  Maintain strong internal controls and implement sound financial policies.
•  Align local practices with global corporate finance standards.
•  Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial record accuracy.
•  Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
•  Manage cash flow oversight and deliver high-quality management reporting.
•  Lead preparation and execution of internal and external audits.
•  Monitor changes in financial and tax regulations.
•  Manage cash-flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital.
•  Oversee banking relationships and treasury processes.
•  Monitor FX exposure, credit risk, and payment activities.
•  Lead statutory audits and enhance risk-management frameworks.
•  Strengthen the finance function through improved systems, controls, and processes.
•  Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
•  Mentor and support finance team members to build capability and accountability.
•  Provide senior leadership with clear financial insights and actionable recommendations.
•  Prepare financial statements and analysis in accordance with statutory requirements.
•  Lead annual budgeting and oversee ongoing financial performance management.
•  Guide forecasting and financial planning processes.
•  Oversee all financial management and controlling activities for the U.S. market.

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
•  5+ years in a senior controlling or finance leadership role, preferably within an international company.
•  Deep knowledge of U.S. financial and tax legislation.
•  Strong analytical and strategic-planning skills.
•  Collaborative leadership style with proven team-management capabilities.
•  Comprehensive experience with audits, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
