Why This Job Might Not Be for You:

• Hours aren’t guaranteed and schedules can change week to week depending on client needs.
• We work outdoors in all weather—rain, heat, cold, you name it.
• You’ll need reliable transportation to drive to clients’ homes for visits.

What You’ll Do:

• Take dogs on enriching, sniff-filled walks (30–40 minutes).
• Provide post-walk updates with photos, pup-dates, and highlights.
• Notice and report changes in dog behavior, needs, or health.
• Communicate clearly with pet parents and team members.
• Represent Praline’s Backyard with warmth, professionalism, and top-tier leash skills.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A heart for dogs + a head for responsibility.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone and comfort using apps/texting.
• Willingness to walk in all weather (rain, heat, cold).
• At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Comfort with dogs of all sizes and energy levels.

• Starting pay $13/hour + tips+ Bonuses + mileage reimbursement . After 3 months with successful completion of training pay increases to $15 an hour
