Door-to-Door Canvasser

Kaiser Siding & Roofing – Charlotte, NC

Kaiser Siding & Roofing is growing in the Charlotte market, and we’re looking for energetic, people-loving communicators to join our canvassing team. If you enjoy being outdoors, striking up conversations, and representing a trusted brand, this role might fit you better than a new roof fits a well-measured home.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to introduce Kaiser Siding & Roofing services
• Create interest in inspections and schedule follow-up appointments for our sales team
• Share information about our roofing, siding, and storm restoration solutions
• Track leads and conversations with accuracy (bonus points if you treat checklists like they’re a competitive sport)
• Represent the Kaiser brand with professionalism, positivity, and reliability

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills — you can talk to anyone
• A self-starter who thrives outside the office
• Positive attitude and resilience (knocking doors builds character and biceps… sort of)
• Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors
• No roofing experience required — we provide full training
