Job Description

Responsibilities + Create geometry and programs for EDM machines using CAM software. + Read and interpret blueprints with precision. + Utilize a basic understanding of mathematics in programming tasks. + Design fixtures and model in 3D using MasterCAM and Solidworks. + Ensure all activities comply with the company's ISO quality system. + Collaborate with team members to manage 12 EDM machines effectively. + Produce 10-20 offline programs weekly. + Support and assist in all manufacturing processes. Essential Skills + CAD/CAM proficiency. + Experience in fixture design. + Knowledge of CNC operations and EDM processes. + Understanding of ISO standards. + Ability to read blueprints. + Proficiency in MasterCAM and Solidworks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Algonquin, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
