Analyze fleet to determine yearly orders – approved by Controller
Ensure drivers are compliant with vehicle maintenance needs and assist drivers with maintenance questions and issues
Register vehicles and issue insurance cards
Obtain rentals and/or tow for breakdowns/accidents
Manage Enterprise website – Setup new vehicles and assign/reassign/terminate drivers
Manage fuel cards through WEX
Manage fleet through Samsara – Setup, assign, and maintain GPS and cameras
Assist with review of monthly vendor bills to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms
Assist with any ad hoc requests from drivers and managers
This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected.
Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
Must be able to drive a company owned vehicle which includes meeting specified criteria to do so as well as following all policies and requirements to remain in good standing.
