  • Analyze fleet to determine yearly orders – approved by Controller
  • Ensure drivers are compliant with vehicle maintenance needs and assist drivers with maintenance questions and issues
  • Register vehicles and issue insurance cards
  • Obtain rentals and/or tow for breakdowns/accidents
  • Manage Enterprise website – Setup new vehicles and assign/reassign/terminate drivers
  • Manage fuel cards through WEX
  • Manage fleet through Samsara – Setup, assign, and maintain GPS and cameras
  • Assist with review of monthly vendor bills to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Assist with any ad hoc requests from drivers and managers
  • This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
  • Must be able to drive a company owned vehicle which includes meeting specified criteria to do so as well as following all policies and requirements to remain in good standing.
