Assist in department management, optimize internal systems and processes, and closely track the implementation of daily tasks required by the GTM department. Communicate and coordinate with the headquarters in China to ensure timely availability of materials required before product launch. Use excellent data analysis capabilities to continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the product lifecycle. Be responsible for the full-process management of products from conception, development, launch to post-launch management. Conduct market research to identify the latest trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; propose product optimization suggestions and innovative strategies based on analysis. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, retail, and other departments to ensure products are successfully integrated into the market. Proactive work attitude, with solution-oriented thinking; able to anticipate problems and propose solutions in advance.
