Overview:

Outsource Energy is actively hiring motivated, community-minded Field Canvassers to help eligible households and individuals enroll for free monthly cell phone service through the Lifeline Assistance program, and apply for No-cost or Low-cost health insurance through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace.

You’ll work directly in the field – visiting neighborhoods, community centers, and local events in your area– to help find and enroll eligible customers for these government benefit programs.

Position Type:

• 1099- Contractor
• Flexible Schedule (Full or Part-Time)

Compensation:

• ACA- Pay Per Qualified Lead.
• Lifeline- Pay per customer (Phone, or BYOD Sim Card)
• Average agents earn $1000–$2500+ weekly, depending on performance.
• Top Commissions + Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and assist with client enrollment into the Lifeline Assistance program to receive free monthly phone service.
• Generate leads and screen eligibility for ACA No-cost or Low-cost health insurance plans.
• Confirm interest, and accurately enter basic client information into the application.
• Meet weekly or monthly performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in door-to-door sales, event marketing, canvassing, or insurance marketing (Required).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone, internet access, and basic computer skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check
