Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems according to company standards and industry best practices
• Work alongside experienced installers to learn proper techniques and procedures
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are prepared and organized for each job
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites and in company vehicles
• Follow instructions from the Install Manager and senior team members
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers as needed
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous HVAC residential installation experience preferred
• Universal EPA Certification required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good organizational and communication skills

Compensation

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (Flat rate per job; pay is among the highest in the valley)
