Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review international tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Preparation of forms 5471s,5472s,8865, 8838 and others.
- Assist in developing and implementing tax planning strategies for multinational clients
- Assist in responding to tax authorities' inquiries and audits related to international tax matters
- Participate in meetings with clients to discuss tax implications of their international operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred
- Strong understanding of international tax preparation.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing international tax returns
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ultra Tax experience
- French is a plus
