Job Description

1. Education: possess a bachelors degree(in any subject)
2. Experience: a minimum 2 years full-time experience of ESL teaching

Or have a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or equivalent certification( with a minimum 120 teaching hours 3.Nationality: Native English-speaking countries 4.Others: Passionate about educating early years (2-6) children An energetic, patient and resilient personality Creative and artistic teaching abilities Plan, prepare, and teach well developed lessons which enthuse and inspire students, and promote enjoyment of learning. Effectively and appropriately differentiate instruction so as to meet all students' learning styles with an appreciation for students' learning differences. Assesses student performance to determine whether or not the objectives are being achieved and refers students for specialized help when necessary; Collaborate with teaching colleagues by sharing best practices and resources. Implements by instructions and action the kindergarten's philosophy of education and instructional goals and objectives. Attends and participates in general faculty and department meetings and upholds and enforces school rules and administrative regulations.
