- English native speaker or TEFL/TESOL certified
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (with a focus in Language or Early Childhood Education preferred)
- 2+ years related teaching experience preferred

20 kids / class with Ayi and bilingual teaching assistants
-Schedule: Monday to Friday,8am-5pm
-Holidays:
2 weeks fully paid summer holiday
2 weeks fully paid winter holiday
1 week fully paid Christmas holiday

Classroom Practice
- Lesson planning, delivery, assessment and recording
- Giving constructive feedback to student’s performance
- Implement Kids 'R' Kids age-appropriate curriculum effectively
- Record and assess student’s performance from physical, cognitive, social and emotional domains and so on
- Attendance at and contribution to school meetings
- Participation in professional development activities within and outside the school
- Responsible for demo class to enroll new students
- Parent liaison where there are student concerns
- Organize parent-teacher conference
- Organize student field trips
- Leading professional development initiatives derived from Kids 'R' Kids workshop attendance
- Contribution to Kids 'R' Kids sporting, cultural and special student activities
Teamwork
- Pastoral care of staff
- Collaboration with colleagues positively
- Collaboration with ELL and Learning Support colleagues
- Collaboration in curriculum development as necessary
- Collective responsibility for school policy implementation
Education Administration
- Keeping daily documents appropriately
- Teaching materials preparation
- Classroom environment and display
- Keep confidential of all information
- Maintain positive relationship with parents
- Take proper care of school properties
