Job Description

Qualification：

Thai nationality (required).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Law, or related field.
3 - 7 years' experience in corporate or compliance roles (manufacturing, automotive, or BOI companies preferred).
Strong knowledge of Thai corporate law, labor law, and BOI compliance.
Excellent communication and drafting skills in Thai and English (Chinese is a plus).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
Licensed lawyer (preferred but not mandatory). Role Overview:

The Legal Manager will be responsible for managing Firebright Thailand's legal and compliance affairs, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with Thai laws and corporate regulations. You will work closely with management, government authorities, and external counsel to support our business licenses, contracts, and regulatory obligations as we grow our clean mobility footprint. Key Responsibilities：

Ensure full compliance with Thai laws, BOI, and other relevant regulations.
Oversee company registration, shareholder resolutions, and board documentation.
Liaise with DBD, BOI, Revenue Department, and Industrial Estate Offices.
Draft, review, and manage business contracts, NDAs, and supplier agreements.
Ensure all contracts are legally sound, risk-assessed, and aligned with company policy.
Manage and renew permits, licenses, and approvals required for operations.
Monitor updates in Thai laws, EV industry regulations, and labor standards.
Provide legal advice to management on risks, disputes, and compliance strategy.
Coordinate with external law firms and consultants for specialized legal support.
