We’re Hiring: Logistics Supervisor (eCommerce)

Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-paced eCommerce logistics environment supporting some of the world’s top retailers, Amazon, Walmart, Costco, and Target?
We’re looking for a Logistics Supervisor (eCommerce) to manage end-to-end 3PL operations, ensuring flawless execution from international container receipt to outbound fulfillment and returns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, process improvement, and performance metrics — and isn’t afraid to jump in to get results.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee 3PL partners and ensure SOP compliance across all inbound and outbound operations
Manage freight, drayage, and carrier performance to keep containers flowing and orders on time
Audit and improve processes to meet strict retailer SLAs (like Amazon’s 24-hour fulfillment window)
Coordinate inventory, cycle counts, and returns with precision and accountability
Collaborate closely with customer service and Asia-based teams to maintain quality and packaging standards
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years in logistics, freight, or distribution — ideally with 3PL management in a B2B eCommerce setting
Proficiency with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 preferred) and Excel reporting
Strong understanding of ocean freight, drayage, and retailer compliance standards
