Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour Duties: Assembly Operators will have the following responsibilities and skills: + Maintain a safe and clean factory & warehouse environment while complying with safety and environmental policies + Make adjustments to parts as needed + Inspect and pack parts, ensuring quantity and quality meets standard manufacturing requirements + Perform job at required rate + Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. + Ability to twist, bend, and reach + Grasp and pinch material + Basic math and ability to read and understand instructions + Basic computer skills with ability to learn client computer systems + The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work within deadlines + High attention to detail and organized in approach + Ability to work overtime, when required + Ability to manually assemble parts by utilizing hand tools and power tools + Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus + Ability to work positions changing from standing to bending and lifting up to 30 lbs. of parts and boxes + Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish team goals + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions .
