**Job Title: 2nd shift / MIG Welder $24hr** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating MIG welding tools to work with 16-gauge sheet metal. This position offers the opportunity to work in a clean, high-volume metal manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate MIG welding tools. + Perform MIG welding on 16-gauge sheet metal. + Be flexible to perform grinding tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. + Experience with MIG welding and aluminum work. + Ability to read and understand specification sheets and work orders. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in metalworking or hollow metal fabrication is preferred. + Dexterity with manufacturing equipment, basic power tools, and machinery. + Knowledge of hand-held welding tool operation and maintenance. + Ability to layout and load materials using basic math and hand-held measuring tools. **Why Work Here?** This is a contract-to-hire position where you will be treated as a permanent employee from day one. Videos of the work environment are available for viewing to provide a better understanding of where you'll be working. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fontana, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
