We are looking for a part-time **Vehicle Mechanic** to join our team **.** **Description:** + Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic equipment and visual inspections. + Repair or replace faulty parts and systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical components. + Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services. + Properly documents and maintains records for all maintenance performed. + Communicate with customers about their vehicle issues, provide repair estimates. + Troubleshoot and resolve automotive issues effectively and efficiently. + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety for both staff and customers. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** + Must possess minimum five years' experience in automotive systems, including mechanical and electronic components and previous experience as an auto mechanic or in a related field. + High School diploma/GED preferred + Must be a US Citizen + Must have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle tools and perform repairs. + Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. + Must have a valid SC REAL ID or US Passport. + Must be able to operate a motor vehicle. + Must be able to squat, lift, sit and stand for extended periods of time. + Must be able to lift 30 lbs. unassisted + Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen and physical.
