Job Description

CAMCO Property Management is actively seeking an Onsite Assistant Manager to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The assistant property manager will be responsible for helping manage a High-Rise Condominium Building. The position is full-time, and candidates should live within 30 minutes of the property. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $50,000 based on experience. Responsibilities:

• Resident relations and communication
• Assisting in developing and adhering to an annual budget
• Helping to develop and execute a three-year strategic plan
• Emailing documents for the annual audit to the building accountants
• Assisting the PM in monitoring building systems
• Assisting with a walk-through inspection of the building
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and all building safety requirements
• Assist PM in creating and maintaining preventative maintenance plans
• Assisting the PM to help enforce all statutes and building declarations, regulations, and rules
• Administrative Tasks for the building's office

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of building operations is a plus
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office products
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to quickly prioritize workloads
• Self-starter who can function independently as well as being a member of the team
• Valid driver’s license
