MongoDB is growing rapidly and for someone to be successful in this position they must be able to work quickly, efficiently and tactically. As part of a growing legal team, this candidate must be able to work independently and as part of an exceptional and fun team. This role will be based remotely in the United States. **Responsibilities** + Draft and file necessary public company disclosures with the SEC, including Section 16 filings + Draft and administer board and stockholder resolutions and consents + Assist in preparation for shareholders' meetings, including proxy statement disclosure + Maintain corporate files + Assist with the maintenance of international subsidiary companies + Review and negotiate nondisclosure agreements + Assist in due diligence in connection with M&A or financing transactions + Liaise with internal legal team, external lawyers and service providers + Assist with international equity administration **Requirements** + Smart, passionate and driven + Bachelor's degree and/or relevant qualification/accreditation + 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience + A proven record of success in-house and/or at a reputable law firm + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong attention to detail To drive the personal growth and business impact of our employees, we're committed to developing a supportive and enriching culture for everyone. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package.
