Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short 4-hour shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family. 

The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide.

Role Overview: 

We are seeking motived RN's with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team!

• 5 months Low Acuity- Cleff/ gtube Saturday & Sunday 8a-2pm & Monday 5p-8pm Corpus Christi-78414
• 2 year old High Acuity -Ng tube & TPN, 02- Spanish Speaking Home Thursday- Friday 8p-6a Portland -78374
• 5 Months Low Acuity- Gtube Monday-Friday 8a-5p and Saturday & Sunday 8a-5p. Corpus-78412
• 5 Months Low Acuity G-tube Monday-Friday 8a-5p and Saturday & Sunday 8a-5p Robstown-78380
• 11 Months Low Acuity Ngtube Cardiac Respiratory Precautions Sunday Through Saturday Days & Nights -Hours 7a-7p or 7p-7aCorpus-78412
• 4-year-old High Acuity - Gtube Trach Vent Developmental Delays , Hperthroidism SeizuresSunday through Saturday Days 7a-7p and Sunday through Sautrday Nights 7p-7a Corpus
• 4-year-old Low Acuity G-tube Monday through Friday 8a-4pm Corpus- 78413
• 4 year old Low Acuity with Gtube, Dialysis and Cardiac Precautions Days Saturday Sunday Monday and Tuesday 7a-7p Corpus- 78411

Sign-on Bonus:

• Full-time Night Shift $1,500.00 30 hours or more a week
• Full-time $1000.00 30 hours or more a week
• Part-time $500.00 minimum of 20 hours a week

Schedule: 

• Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less 
• Days/Nights/Weekends 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. 

• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician. 

• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team. 

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families. 

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. 

• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system. 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Active RN License. 

• Current BLS Certification. 

• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. 

• Strong time management and prioritization skills. 

• Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
