Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead high-performing retail pharmacy operations. If you are a licensed pharmacist with a passion for team development, regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional patient care, this is a growth opportunity with immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations including inventory, staffing, and workflow optimization.
Mentor, coach, and support a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
Ensure full compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Cultivate a positive, patient-first culture focused on safety and service excellence.
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and implement new initiatives.
Qualifications:
Active pharmacist license in Florida or Texas (or eligibility to transfer).
3+ years of pharmacy experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, retail metrics, and compliance.
Proven ability to lead and inspire pharmacy teams in high-volume settings
