You start your shift reviewing build instructions and blueprints, laying out components, tools, and gauges. As you progress through each step, you carefully fit, fasten, and verify parts to create reliable subassemblies and finished products. Along the way, you record checks, keep your bench orderly, and sync with teammates to keep production on track. If a defect appears, you flag it immediately and work with your supervisor to resolve it. You’ll also play a part in welcoming new hires—demonstrating safe, consistent assembly practices.
