About The Role We're building a new product from 0 to 1, and we need an exceptional designer to lead it.
This is a rare opportunity to shape something from the ground up—where your decisions will directly impact millions of students and educators. You'll own the design vision while collaborating with a team that has shipped products at Meta, Bose, Roku, Lenovo, LG, Instawork, Route, and more.

What You'll Do - Own end-to-end design of a new product that transforms how educators and students experience learning
- Solve ambiguous problems with exceptional product thinking, planning, and execution
- Design AI-first experiences that push the boundaries of educational technology
- Get into classrooms for contextual inquiry—spending real time with educators and students to uncover deep insights
- Move with speed using AI tools across prototyping, design, writing, and visual generation to accelerate from idea to tested solution
- Experiment relentlessly with a test-and-measure mindset that uses real user feedback to drive decisions
- Craft pixel-perfect experiences that set new standards for educational software
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ship products that create measurable impact
Qualifications - Exceptional design skills with a portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft
- 0-1 product experience building from scratch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Entrepreneurial grit—you see obstacles as opportunities and find creative paths forward
- Speed without sacrificing quality—you ship beautiful work quickly
- User obsession—you're energized by customer conversations and classroom observations
