We are looking for a skilled Python Software Engineer with at least 5 years of experience, specializing in business applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy applied systems built upon AI and traditional technologies. The focus of the role is on rapid prototyping and designing scalable enterprise solutions with emerging technologies. This requires a strong background in Python , LangChain/Langraph , CI/CD solutions , web applications , and server design in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate LLM applications with LangChain & Langraph .
- Design prompts, chains, and agents; optimize for performance.
- Implement model validation, monitoring, and guardrails for safety & compliance.
- Develop APIs and web services with FastAPI/Flask/Django .
- Optimize performance (async, concurrency, parallelism, resource usage).
- Deploy scalable AI systems with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience with Python .
- Proven expertise with LangChain & Langraph .
- Strong in prompt engineering and LLM orchestration .
- Backend development experience (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
- Familiar with concurrency, async, and performance tuning.
- Experience deploying enterprise-grade AI services (APIs, microservices, cloud).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of LLMOps workflows and monitoring.
- Familiarity with caching (Redis, Memcached).
- Exposure to modern frontends (React, Vue).
- Awareness of AI safety frameworks .
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
