The Shannon Andersen Group isn’t for everyone. But if you’re coachable, emotionally intelligent, and ready to be part of a culture built on honesty, humility, and high performance, this might be the opportunity that changes everything. This Might Be for You If: • You’ve closed 3 to 7 deals in each of the last two years, but feel like you’re doing it all on your own. • You’re tired of guessing when your next paycheck is coming — and want a consistent pipeline. • You’re hungry to learn , grow , and finally get the mentorship you were promised. • You want to be surrounded by high-integrity , fun , results-driven agents — not drama and dead ends. • You work hard, but need help building the backend systems that will actually scale your business. You’ll Fit In If You Are: • High “ I/S ” on the DISC: You’re optimistic, steady, consistent, and love being part of a team. • Coachable and open to feedback (we don’t babysit — we build champions). • Willing to show up to open houses, events, and weekly check-ins. • Ready to follow a proven system instead of making it up as you go. We’re Not the Place for You If: You’re looking for a passive environment or part-time results You want to be left alone, avoid accountability, or resist coaching You need constant hand-holding, but don’t implement the guidance • A licensed agent with at least 2 years of experience. • A newly licensed agent looking to hit the ground running. • Based in the Treasure Coast or the Palm Beaches. • Comfortable in a team that expects results — and helps you deliver them. • Ready to grow from a few deals a year to a consistent, scalable income.
