As an RBT, you'll play a key role in helpingstudents thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. ?? What You'll Be Doing: + Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students + Implement behavior intervention plans and IEP goals (training provided) + Assist with social-emotional learning and classroom behavior management + Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families + Document student progress and maintain confidentiality + Support students in various school environments-classroom, playground, sensory room, and more ? What You'll Need: + Active RBT certification (preferred, but not required for entry-level roles) + High school diploma or equivalent (required) + CPR certification, TB clearance, and health screening (as applicable) + Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Must be at least 18 years old ??
