About the Opportunity

CareerNation is seeking experienced Pre-op Registered Nurse (RN) for an assignment at a Surgery Center in Memphis, TN This role offers competitive weekly pay, and the opportunity to work within a leading regional healthcare organization serving Memphis, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care in accordance with facility and unit standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines
• Support patients and families through clear communication and compassionate care

Requirements

• Active Tennessee State RN License (unrestricted and in good standing)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Pre-Op Department
• BLS certification required (ACLS, PALS, NIHSS preferred depending on unit)
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively with facility staff
• Current immunization and health records (MMR, Varicella, TB, Flu, COVID-19, etc.)

• Start Dates: Rolling — immediate openings available
