Job Description

We are seeking a detail oriented and service driven Remote Vacation Planning Coordinator to support clients with planning and arranging their travel experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates well, and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning vacations, getaways, cruises, theme park trips, and group travel.
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities based on client preferences.
Provide clear recommendations, pricing options, and itinerary details.
Maintain accurate client information, trip notes, and follow-up communications.
Support clients before, during, and after their travel to ensure a smooth experience.
Stay informed about travel trends, seasonal destinations, and supplier updates.
Participate in online training sessions to stay updated on processes and systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service through email, phone, text, and online platforms.
