As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards. You will be the driving force behind our quality control efforts, monitoring and evaluating the workmanship of our crews on every project. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and have a strong attention to detail. You must also be able to pick up additional needed materials and deliver them to the job site, as well as return leftover materials to the supplier after jobs are completed. At Watkins Roofing & Construction, we value our clients and their satisfaction is our top priority. As our Project Manager, you will be expected to complete all QC inspections within 24 hours of completion and log the results to our CRM at the site. You will also be responsible for addressing any warranty callbacks within 24-72 hours. • Oversee the work of all general contractors and their laborers and guide as necessary to ensure high-quality work
• Responsible for meeting crew every morning
• Set up job properly
• Relay job work order to crew
• Get materials throughout the day as needed
• Provide EXCELLENT customer service throughout the ENTIRE process

Qualifications:

• Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus
• Experience using construction or project management software preferred
