About the Role

We’re looking for  Experience Hosts with a background in hospitality, food retail, or barista work to lead one of our most exciting and immersive in-store experiences — a  live coffee and pancake station that delights and surprises our guests.

This is a  hospitality-forward role that blends food service with interactive retail. You’ll be guiding guests through the experience, handling food and beverage preparation, and creating memorable moments that go far beyond traditional customer service.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Engagement

• Greet and engage guests with energy and professionalism.
• Guide visitors through the immersive coffee and pancake experience.
• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere and promote the experience.

Experience Operations

• Set up, maintain, and operate the station safely and hygienically.
• Prepare food and drinks to a high standard.
• Keep the area clean, stocked, and visually appealing.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth operations.
• Support special events and share guest feedback to improve the experience.
