Job Description:
We are hiring a Salesforce QA Analyst to ensure the quality of our Salesforce applications. This role will focus on manual and automated testing, verifying business functionality and validating technical implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and system testing.
• Validate data integrity, workflow rules, triggers, and integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Document defects and coordinate issue resolution.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of QA experience in a Salesforce environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality (Sales/Service Cloud).
• Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium or Provar is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
