*Hybrid Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Scrum Master II position! This is a 5+ month contract opportunity with potential extensions and will be hybrid in Wilmington, DE. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as a servant-leader and mentor to multiple cross-functional Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture and help teams self-organize and collaborate effectively.
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Remove impediments to team progress and work with stakeholders to resolve blockers.
• Visualize and radiate team information using appropriate tools and practices.
• Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and practices to support high performance and transparency.
• Collaborate with other Agile Leaders to improve Agile maturity across the organization.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced Scrum Masters.
• Promote individual and team learning via communities of practice, meetups, and training opportunities.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years on an Agile team, with at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile teams with SAFe or general Agile frameworks.
• Strong time management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to remove impediments and lead through influence.
• Knowledge of Agile practices such as user stories, retrospectives, TDD, ATDD, continuous integration, and information radiators.
• Experience developing or managing digital capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking.
• Background in multiple tech roles preferred (PM, UX, BA, Dev, QA).

Pay Range: $55-$70+/hr
