Summary : Client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of the ServiceNow platform. They are looking for a traditional Business Analyst who can support the Product Owner with user story creation and facilitate the completion of features by collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams. Client has completed the implementation of ServiceNow’s Customer Service Module and will be implementing the ITSM module next. 

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (In lieu of a bachelor's degree, plus 4 years of experience)
• Experience implementing ServiceNow with a strong understanding of Web Service architecture for ServiceNow integrations.
• Experience with any workflow mapping tools (prefer Visio but would consider others such as Lucid Chart, Miro, etc.)
• Experience with any SAAS Reporting tools (FEP uses Tableau and Cognos, Power BI, and other similar tools should be considered as well)
• Healthcare payer industry experience

Nice to have:

• Experience with MS Visio
• Any Agile-related certifications
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM or Customer Service modules.
