DESCRIPTION
Work hard, have fun and make history with Amazon Public Policy. The Senior Manager, Public Policy will develop and execute advocacy strategies and policy initiatives supporting copyright, licensing, and music policy at Amazon. You will work collaboratively across Amazon’s public policy teams on policy priorities, lead engagements with relevant trade associations, think tanks, advocacy groups, and other relevant external stakeholders.
The Senior Manager will work collaboratively across public policy, our businesses, public relations, and legal teams to ensure alignment between business priorities and public policy goals. They will assess and anticipate public policy matters, oversee and coordinate external advocacy efforts, and manage and coordinate key initiatives in concert with business objectives. The Senior Manager will report to the Director, Public Policy.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 12 years of relevant public policy experience .
- An ability and desire to travel is required.
