PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – 2ND SHIFT

Location:  Northern Westchester County, NY

Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:45 AM 
Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 (Depending on Experience)
DAYSHIFT -  INTERVIEWS ARE BEING SCHEDULED IMMEDIATELY

They are actively seeking a hands-on 2ND SHIFT PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to lead evening operations and help drive production performance. Candidates with  EXPERIENCE IN INJECTION MOLDING, METAL MACHINING, OR INDUSTRIAL COMPONENT MANUFACTURING will be prioritized. Our client is a well-established, financially stable manufacturing company with operations in the U.S. and offshore. Their facility specializes in industrial products made through precision machining and molding techniques.

• Lead a 2nd shift production team (10 employees)

  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years’ experience as a  supervisor in manufacturing or industrial production
• Solid  mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Experience with  machining or injection molding processes preferred
• Union shop background a plus
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a 2nd shift production team (10 employees)
• Monitor and improve production flow, quality, and safety standards
• Oversee machine setup and assist with equipment troubleshooting
• Coordinate with first shift to ensure smooth hand-offs and workflow continuity
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Motivate and support team members to meet production goals
