The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager is a visionary leader who champions a positive organizational culture, fosters staff development and drives excellence in HR. They provide strategic HR leadership and manage all human resources activities at our Lake Charles manufacturing site. The Lake Charles team members take pride in the work we do and embody values of safety, ownership and teamwork every day; they are the true driving force in our operations.
They oversee talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning and other critical HR processes. The Senior Manager is also the primary lead for labor and employee relations, managing all union-related activities and fostering a positive work environment across the site.
The Senior HR Manager is on-site in Lake Charles, LA and reports to the Director HR, Americas Manufacturing.
