The Systems Testing/QA Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality of large systems through comprehensive testing strategies and execution. This includes developing and implementing test plans, test scripts, and test cases, as well as working closely with project teams to analyze, design, and support required systems. The role requires a strong understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies, with a focus on manual testing, and experience in various testing phases, including unit, integration, load, and performance testing.

Responsibilities:
- Provide advice on testing strategy, test plans, selection of testing tools, and resource identification.
- Plan and organize testing efforts for large systems in GUI and non-GUI environments.
- Develop test plans, test scripts, and test cases.
- Execute systems integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing.
- Support user acceptance testing and participate in UAT activities.
- Create testing strategy documentation, test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Execute functional tests, non-functional tests, and systems level integration tests.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with testing leads and IT leads of each project.
- Ensure coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.
