Our team is led by franchise owner and 7-year NFL pro Josh Martin, who got his start on the field right here in Denver. Now he's back--building high-performing teams with heart, hustle, and a mission to grow something bigger than smoothies.

What You'll Do…

Clean – No one likes a dirty restaurant.

• Keep your space spotless and shift-ready--it's how we respect the team and every guest.

Prep – If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready.

• Stock and portion ingredients with accuracy so the line flows fast and fresh.

Blend – We make the best smoothies in town.

• Make every blend with consistency, speed, and take pride in what you serve.

Serve – Create incredible guest experiences.

• Greet every guest like they matter and deliver smoothies that make their day. Customer service is in our DNA.

Schedule & Availability

We're currently hiring for the following shifts and days:

• Shifts Available : Open, Afternoon, Closing
• Work Days : Monday through Sunday -- weekend availability is required
• Hours : Most team members start with 15–25 hours/week , with the option to grow based on performance and availability
