Job Description

We are looking for a  Technology Solutions Consultant with business application development experience to assist in data integration between several systems, creating/improving some work flows. This individual will be the technical contributor to a cross-functional team enabling the following solutions:

Immediate:

1. Consolidate data daily from Cognito, Paylocity, Excel (quote), and QuickBooks for reporting status/budget/labor of projects for performance monitoring and reporting.
2. Eliminate use of spreadsheets by building logic directly within Cognito
3. Assist in creating reporting, and automating distribution

Midterm:

1. Work with business and 1 IT person to determine what more data can be added into Cognito Forms for better quality/validation and avoid redundancy in another currently used system.
2. Assist in evaluating Cognito as a longer term, or even permanent, solution. 

Long term:

1. Participate in the requirements gathering process as part of a team of IT and business personnel, will go to properly assess the needs of the business.
2. Attend demos of construction management software to determine if an alternative to Cognito is a better long term solution for the business.

Qualifications:

• Experience using multiple programming languages
• Experience with ETL of data from a variety of systems (including from cloud hosted).
• Cognito Forms work flow development. Again, this is not a mandatory skill, but willing to pick it up.
• Experience working with business data and business processes. Accounting, labor, costs, margins, etc....
• Experience creating database schema
• Ability to work with Power BI or Power Automate as well as Zapier connections

Preferred but not required:

Cognito Forms workflow development experience.
