Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist to work as an Independent Contractor in a hybrid remote telehealth capacity. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work with a reputable organization in the Chicago area. This position has flexibility for telehealth but MUST must reside in Illinois.

**Qualifications:**
- Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited clinical program in psychology, counseling, or social work
- Fully licensed LCPC or LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in Illinois
- Valid Illinois driver’s license required
- Prior experience working with youth, families, or gender-specific programs preferred

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth
- Maintain accurate case documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Participate in team meetings, utilization reviews, and crisis interventions as needed
- Meet billing and service hour targets while ensuring compliance with Medicaid/DCFS standards
