Job Title : UI/UX Designer

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure designs are consistent with branding guidelines and accessible design standards (WCAG).
• Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate on design solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.
• Solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of usability testing and analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics).
• Ability to work in Agile environments.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
